This is a great little video tribute for those who hate West Ham. Believe it or not, there are many supporters outside of just Millwall fans that loathe the fecking Hammas.
Enjoy!

There have been scattered reports of rumours that Michael Owen is entertaining a move to Millwall next summer should they get promoted.
Could this be true?
Kenny Jackett’s men fall 1-0 to Colchester United…..
After an amazing run of form over the past several games, Millwall’s bid for automatic promotion took a severe blow on a late winner from Colchester’s Clive Platt in the 84th minute.

What appeared to be a disappointing home loss for Millwall, turned out to be a point earned late into injury time by the newest addition, midfielder James Henry. From 35 yards out, Henry launched a laser of a shot to equalize in the draw with Swindon Town.
Manager Kenny Jackett made some interesting lineup changes in the starting eleven for this match. Neil Harris and Lewis Grabban started up top, but both seemed to be out of sort. Harris has been used mainly as a bench player for the past several weeks coming on late in games, and Grabban was making his first start in a few weeks due to injury.
Swindon have been in form as of late, earning draws with Oldham and Leeds, but they are by no means a high-caliber team. The Lions will have to work on chemistry and creativity as they look to Saturday’s match at the Den v. Brighton.
This is one of the greatest songs in English football, and a proper tribute to our boys in blue as they start a homestand against Swindon and Brighton.
Enjoy….

Who is your favorite Millwall player of all time?
Keith Henry Stevens, aka Rhino, was born June 21, 1964 in Merton, England. A product of the Millwall Youth system, Rhino played his first game on the senior squad at the tender age of 16. He toiled in the youth and reserves teams for a few years until he turned 19 and became a first team regular at right and center back, making 25 appearances that season. In the same season Millwall went on to win the Football League Trophy in a dramatic, 3-2 come-from-behind victory over Lincoln City.
Rhino became a household name in South London and went on to make 546 appearances over his 19 year career with the club. Always the leader, he served as club captain from 1992-1997 and won Player of the Year honors in the ’93/94 season. Some other achievements made during his successful tenure were, Football League Trophy ’82/83, promotion from Division 3 in ’84/85 and Division 2 Championship in ’87/88.
In 1998, shortly after Rhino’s playing days ended with the club, he was appointed manager. He only stayed in the position for two seasons before being sacked in the fall of 2000. Most Lions fans believe he should have been given a longer stay to prove himself as gaffer.
Many great players have passed through the Den’s gates and on to the pitch. Teddy Sheringham, Kasey Keller, Neil Harris, Barry Kitchener and more have pulled on the blue shirt, but I’m not sure if any will be remembered with quite the same fervor as our dear Rhino.

Izale McLeod had a stellar performance, scoring his first two goals since joining the club on loan earlier this season from Charlton. The striker’s brace consisted of a cracker in the 17th and a penalty conversion in the 53rd.
The Lions looked strong for all of the first half and late into the second half as they protected a 2-0 lead. It wasn’t until David Martin’s sending off in the 65th minute when things started to fall apart. Ten man Millwall then proceeded to give up a goal in the 79th minute to a fresh-off-the-bench, Matty McNeil, and then another in th 84th to a player who should have been sent off earlier, Oli Johnson. MFC had a few last chance efforts at goal in the dying minutes as McLeod look destined for a third in injury time, but the referee waved off the clear penalty in the box.
This 2-2 draw now have Millwall sitting 6th in the table with 51 points. Playoff chances are still very much alive, but the boys need to find their form and hold it for the full 90.
They now return to the Den for matchups with Swindon Town and Brighton. These are two clubs that are fighting off relegation and should provide a springboard for Millwall to leap back to winning ways.
C’mon you Lions, play on!

MillwallPride.com interview with Joe Amphlett of the Lions Live show on South London’s 107.3FM and available for podcast download at http://lionslive.podbean.com/ .
Joe, Thanks for taking the time to talk with us here at MillwallPride.com. We are a US based site focused on bringing everything Millwall to our readers in North America and around the world.
MP: Joe, first let me ask, did you realize that Millwall had a consortium of supporters around the globe?
Joe : I’ll be honest, I am very surprised about how much support Millwall have all over the globe, we have a Canadian listener, which really surprised me at first, just glad our podcast is available for Lions fans anywhere in the world to listen.
MP: How long has ‘Lions Live’ been on the air, and how would you describe the format or content that makes up the show?
Joe: It’s been on the air since November 2007, the original presenter was a Charlton fan, but they moved quickly to get me in and sort that out. The format is loose, every show is different it really is, we never know which direction the show will take. It’s just like we are down at the pub having a drink really. We have a great chemistry with each other and it just really is so much fun to do.
MP: The Lions have seen an unlucky run of form in their last few matches. Now with key injuries to Robbo and Grabban, what do you think the likelihood is of staying in the hunt for promotion?
Joe: If im honest I think the chances of automatic promotion are over. However I am confident we will keep winning and a playoff place is in mind a certainty. Losing the captain is a massive blow, and grabban has been our most creative player all season so it’s bound to affect us.
MP: How would you rate the performance of the current Millwall Board, and what improvements to the club do you foresee in the future?
Joe: We seem to have a chairman, who is very willing to give us money for players, which is promising. Also, people like Andy Ambler, have the best interests of the club at heart, so I would say the business side of things seems in good hands.
MP: What was the greatest moment in Millwall history from your perspective?
Joe: To reach an FA Cup final is the obvious one, but that game at Old Trafford in the semi is the day that lingers in the mind, just the fact that we had got there. That was more special in a way.

MP: Who is your favorite Millwall player of all-time?
Joe: When I was young it was Alex Rae, but over all it has to be Rhino, I was over the moon when he became manager, sadly he didn’t get more time to prove himself.
MP: Should Neil Harris stay with the club beyond this season?
Joe: Yes I think he should. Neil has proven he can come back time and again and be a valuable member of the squad. I would like to think he will eventually become part of the coaching staff, Millwall is in his blood.
MP: We are based in Seattle, Washington, home of new Seattle Sounder Kasey Keller. He played for MFC from 1992 to 1996. Would you consider Keller to be one of the best keepers to ever play for the club?
Joe: In my life time yes. I was gutted when we lost him, but he was a premier league keeper so wasn’t going to stay after we were relegated.

MP: One last question for you Joe. This is your freebie. You’ve got 30 seconds to address all of the Millwall supporters around the world. What do you want to tell them?
Joe: Just keep coming to the den and supporting the team. I think the more people get down there the better we will play. And I know Millwall fans get a bad press, but the fans I know and socialize with are good decent proper south London people as are the majority of proper millwall fans. There’s something about south London people that makes them different from any other people, a warmth and kindness that gets overlooked.
Thank you Joe Amphlett and the rest of the Lions Live Crew; George, Ted and Graeme. We would also like to thank South London’s 107.3FM and the Millwall Supporters Club.
No one likes us…..We don’t Care!

This is a little video clip to get us motivated for the upcoming match at Stockport. Lord let us return to our winning ways.

The club acquired Henry on emergency loan today! Unfortunately, it’s not the French-superstar-prolific-goal -scoring Henry with Barcelona, but rather a 19 year old attacking middie from Reading. James Henry be the name, not Thierry.
